Borton Magnet School –
using Project-Based Learning
and Systems Thinking
to educate children for a future yet unknown.

Borton has been recognized as one of the top magnet schools in the nation.

Borton serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade, with special emphasis on project-based learning, systems thinking, literature, fine arts, and outdoor learning. Borton’s magnet programs offer students and parents choices and educational opportunities beyond those found in other schools.

In addition, we have an Explorer classroom for preschool children, with a Special Education component for children who qualify for special education services.
